We Warranty that the drawer box dimensions and materials be to your order, width to 1/32", depth to 1/8" and height to 1/8".  We must be notified of any discrepancy within five (5) days of receipt of the drawer boxes. Any shipping damage not noted on the carrier bill of lading, will be the responsibility of the customer.

No returns will be accepted without DBS's  prior acknowledgment.

Due to the custom nature of our product, changes made to any order after 2:30 Pac. Std. Time will result in rework charges, paper processing fee, and, may change the shipping date. Any cancellation will result in a restocking fee of up to 100% of the box price.
